Course Description
All scale-ups will know the pain of having things that you know you should have in place as an organisation - but never quite have time to do, or just don't know where to start. Things like having a solid onboarding process, or a really good articulation of your mission and values, or reliable way of doing sales forecasting. Delivery Sprints are our way of helping you get these things done.
Here you will commit to a two week deep dive with a tangible operational output. During each two week sprint you will join workshops, receive templates, gain 1:1 support and have time to work on your own operational output.
